Info: CLAIRE'S QUEST is a dark fantasy game set in a world reminiscent of the early Renaissance, and made using RPGMaker MV. However, unlike the majority of RPGMaker games out there, the game is totally devoid of combat. Instead, gameplay revolves around dialogue, decision-making, and occasional puzzle-solving, with a heavy emphasis on the story and on replay value.

You, the player, take the role of Claire, a desperate refugee fleeing an invasion of her homeland that has taken everything away from her. Thrust into a world without innocence, where the very worst of humanity and all its societal evils are on full display, Claire seems doomed to meet with a dark fate... Will you fight to prove otherwise, or make her succumb to her basest desires?

0.9.1 NEW CONTENT:
* New city-state of Valos now playable! Maps now available are the Port of Valos/Docks, the Portside Markets, Valos Outer City, Valosian Countryside, and the Brugginwood, along with all relevant NPCs.
* Brother/Sister Questline in Valos expanded very slightly to let you get out of the mansion.
* Roaming monsters added to the game! The first monster you’ll encounter, the pigman, is debuting with full CG right off the bat! Your piggy assailant can be found in Prologue’s forest area.
* Additional monster added: Manticore. Using a stand-in sprite for now. Ars drawing up a new one! Will be part of the Mercenary Questline and can be found in the Skittering Desert (wilderness north of Rathpike).
* Another monster – the Ghost – can be found in the Brugginwood, but will only show up if you’ve violated the dead. If provoked, they can be pacified by visiting the Gravekeeper, who lives in a hut in the Brugginwood.
* New job debuting with Valos! You can work as a barmaid in the Outer Valos pub!
* You can also work as a kitchen assistant in the restaurant in Valos!
* Three short sidequests debuting with Valos. To start them, speak to the Clingy Plutocrat (Outer Valos), the Forgetful Sailor (Docks), and the Worried Citizen (Valosian countryside).
* CG and gallery entry added to the brothel’s deepthroat scene.
* Custom BGM track “Into the Darkness” now in the Prologue. Enjoy and leave compliments for Slaleky!
* A few existing maps have been enlarged, such as Sally’s restaurant.
* The cove + coastline maps added to the southeast of Narfu.
* Kraken, a ‘boss’ monster, can be found in the cove. Defeating the kraken resolves x2 quests at once – Sally’s, and the mercenaries.
* Sally’s questline finishes with the possibility of lesbian romance (more to be added on later).
* If you did the Thieves Questline, you’ll find a grateful Rylar in the Outer Valos smithy.
* Mercenary Questline missions now available. Can be started by talking to Gallis in the outskirts right outside of the city after accepting Sally’s mission.
* New item icon graphics added to the game.
* Many many new items added!
* Random item pickups scattered throughout the game (denoted by sparkles), including several books for both lore + possible quest purposes.
* Instead of a Promise Token, Baker’s Boy now gives Gold Ring at the maxing out of affection in the housekeeping job in Hookton.
* Saltwater resource sites now found along seaside beaches. Can be used with empty bottles. Can be used against a certain type of monster in the future.
* “Tools” category has been merged with “Items”. May cause some glitching to saved items.
