Important! If Dan Hellseeker saved your game.
Upon loading game, choose to cancel and then speak to him again.
(I did not think save files would run old dialog like that, sorry
for the inconvinience. Your save should however be fine.)

Fixes:

* Bird BGS does no longer run uncontrolled.(Distant Shores)
* Fiskestadt night Scene(Distant shores) graphics are fixed.
* Minor fixes to dialogs (Distant shores)
* Dialog fixes early game(Thanks Perditus for proofreading)

New Functions(Scripts):

* CleanOut_Sprites - Cleaning memory cache of inactive pictures
during map changes(or on demand). This prevents crashes related
to full memory on lowspec machines. Script by Benny Rydin.

* Change Tile - Used for replacing single tiles based graphics address.
Script by Benny Rydin.

* Parallax Fix - Fixing a bug in the rpgmaker software related to parallax.
If there is no parallax, then rpgmaker will try to dipose picture constantly.
This is not a huge issue for Loki since Loki does use parallax on most maps.
